Hyena Pan offers simple yet perfectly comfortable accommodation amid some of Botswana’s finest gameviewing areas.
Set inside the sprawling 494,000-acre Khwai Private Reserve, Hyena Pan’s position in front of a busy waterhole popular with huge herds of elephant makes it a unique destination for safari-goers. Accommodation at this tented camp comprises of 8 spacious and perfectly comfortable guest tents raised on stilts and equipped with private ensuite facilities.
The camp also has a beautiful rim-flow swimming pool and a hide from where you can watch elephant, buffalo and the area’s abundant game go about their daily business. This magical corner of Botswana remains largely unexplored, and offers a wonderful combination of exclusivity, space and world-class wildlife encounters.
Aside from classic game drives, guests at Hyena Pan can go on thrilling guided walks (seasonal), which provide fascinating insight into native flora and the smaller inhabitants of this wild, unspoilt paradise.
