Relive the lives of Kenya’s early settlers at Loldia House, a picturesque former homestead surrounded by flower gardens with views over Mount Longonot, an extinct volcano. Choose from accommodation in ensuite bedrooms within the old family house or within a romantic cottage on the grounds. The hilltop three-bedroom Loldia Cottage, which features its own sitting room with an open log fire is ideal for groups of friends or a larger family.
Rustic meals are served either in the colonial-style dining room or in the shade of a sprawling fig tree. Read or play cards in the communal lounge, which is warmed by a period fireplace.

Lake Bogoria is also a good place to see these attractive birds. Scenic Lake Naivasha is also highly recommended, especially for bird-watching enthusiasts.
