Located on a hill in the exclusive Ongava Game Reserve, which adjoins Namibia’s famous Etosha National Park, Little Ongava offers privacy, seclusion and life-changing safari experiences. This tiny lodge comprises of just three luxurious villas, containing private plunge pools and personal fireplaces. Each is designed to be an indulgent home-away-from-home, offering every conceivable amenity plus incredible views over the plains.
Linked to the guest villas by a boardwalk, the main lodge contains a beautiful lounge and dining area. Enjoy sumptuous meals here while keeping one eye on a busy nearby waterhole. This is also your departure point for wildlife-viewing activities.
At Little Ongava, you can bird-watch, go on game drives, embark on nature walks and track rhino on foot. There are also hides where you can hone your photography skills. It’s also entirely worthwhile spending a day exploring Etosha next door, best known for its waterholes, which are often crowded with species large and small.

Getting there
Guests can fly directly into Ongava Game Reserve by light aircraft, as the property has its own private airstrip. It’s also possible to arrive by vehicle from Windhoek, a relatively easy drive of just over 4 hours.
