Getting there
Many major airlines including South African Airways, Qantas, Etihad, Emirates, Kenya Airways, Qatar, Singapore Airways and British Airways fly into Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. There are also many regional and domestic carriers that service local cities such as Cape Town and the Kruger National Park area.
US – South African Airways fly’s directly to east coast cities including New York and Washington. Delta Airlines is another option to consider flying directly to Johannesburg from Atlanta.
UK / Europe – There are direct flights to OR Tambo International Airport with South African Airways from London-Heathrow, Frankfurt and Munich. Major European Airlines flying directly into Johannesburg include British Airways, Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa and Swiss International Airlines.

Days 1-3
South Africa, Cape Town
Arrival transfer to Taj Cape Town, perfectly positioned at the entrance to Cape Town’s vibrant St George’s Mall. Whilst here, you can scale Table Mountain, take a full day excursion to Cape Point and tour Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for 18 years. B (Day 2 and 3)
Days 4-6
South Africa, Franschhoek
Drive inland to Le Quartier Francais, your base for exploring the vineyards and boutiques of Franschhoek, a Cape Winelands village with a distinctly French ambience. You can also visit neighbouring Stellenbosch and Paarl, both also renowned for their wines. B
Days 7-9
South Africa, Sabi Sand Private Reserve
After breakfast, transfer to Cape Town airport for your flight to the Sabi Sand Game Reserve (via Johannesburg). Discover the diversity of species that inhabit this exclusive wilderness on game drives from the stylish Singita Boulders Lodge. BLD
Days 10-12
Mozambique
Leave the savanna behind, flying from Kruger’s Mpumalanga International Airport to Vilanculos in Mozambique. From here, a helicopter whisks you to the idyllic andBeyond Benguerra Lodge, located on the second-largest island of the Bazaruto Archipelago. Enjoy a wide array of activities from snorkelling to scuba diving and dhow cruises. BLD

Tour ends Vilanculos airport
Your journey concludes with a helicopter transfer back to Vilanculos airport.
