This mobile safari camp follows the wildebeest herds as they move across the Serengeti plains throughout the year. For the few months, it remains in the Lamai Serengeti with the animals at its doorstep. And then Serengeti Safari Camp ups and moves every few months covering hundreds of kilometres on the trail of the Great Migration.
To keep things lightweight, there are just 6 guest tents in Meru-style, with private ensuite bathrooms at the rear. One is a family unit, comprised of two bedrooms and a sitting area. A central dining tent with a campfire, bar and library sits right in the middle, inviting guests to mingle and share safari stories.
There are no limits as to how long you wish to go gameviewing if you book a private car and guide – each day is designed to suit your personal interest. However, it is also possible to embark on shared game drives – done in the morning and evening in typical fashion. All are led by some of Tanzania’s finest guides.

How to get to Serengeti Safari Camp
Serengeti Safari Camp moves but not during your stay. Depending on the time of year and movement of animals, the camp may be accessible by road or by air (from Arusha).
