Singita Sabora Tented Camp
Singita Sabora Tented Camp is a nostalgic 1920s explorer-style camp in the private Grumeti Reserves adjoining the Serengeti, with 9 romantic suites that lead out onto the plains.
This nostalgic 1920s explorer-style camp sits on untouched wilderness in the 350,000-acre Grumeti Reserves of northern Tanzania. There are just 9 ensuite guest tents at Singita Sabora Tented Camp, romantically furnished with Zanzibari chests, Persian rugs and plenty of crystal, silverware and brass. Each leads out onto the plains, where day beds provide comfortable spots to curl up and watch the wildlife go by.
The main area features a swimming pool, spa, gym and boutique. There is also a custom-made cellar, where wines can be sampled or purchased. So if you have time between game drives and guided walks, drop in here for a drink, for a refreshing dip or a soothing massage.
Other things to do at Singita Sabora Tented Camp include community visits, archery lessons, tennis and for kids, the wonderful mini-rangers’ program which teaches children amongst other things, bush skills, animal tracking and flower-pressing.

How to get to Singita Sabora Tented Camp
Scheduled or charter flights can be arranged to Singita Sasakwa airstrip located 40 minutes from Singita Sabora Tented Camp. The campsite is also accessible by road, with the journey being 2 hours and 2 hours 15 minutes from Arusha and Kilimanjaro respectively.
