Konokono Beach Resort
Konokono Beach Resort occupies a quiet, palm-fringed peninsula on the idyllic southeast coast of Zanzibar. With a view over a tranquil bay, this five-star beachfront property provides one of the most scenic and secluded experiences of this exotic Indian Ocean island.
Accommodation is offered in stunning whitewashed villas, facing either tropical gardens or miles of white sand leading out to the sea. Inside, expect plenty of light and liberal use of natural materials such as raw timber and sisal. Two of the units are designed for families, generous in size and styled for privacy, with large patios and personal plunge pools.
Shared amenities include a large infinity pool with panoramic views, a private beach dotted with sun loungers and day beds as well as a health spa which offers treatments for both body and mind. Meals are served in the magnificent clifftop restaurant, next to the pool or by the dazzling white sands in front of Konokono Beach Resort.
