The main lodge houses The Long Apron, a Chef Hat restaurant that consistently ranks amongst Australia’s top dining establishments. Guests can take lessons from head chef Cameron Matthews at the state-of-the-art cooking school located at the nearby Spicers Tamarind Retreat, or let Cameron’s team do the hard work and simply order a flavourful meal from the tasting menu.

The 16 suites at Spicers Clovelly Estate are très chic, with premium bed linen, plush armchairs, gleaming marble ensuite bathrooms, heated floors and towel rails. When you aren’t lounging around on the estate grounds or visiting the creative villages of the hinterland, venture out to the Sunshine Coast. Shop for souvenirs on eclectic Hastings Street in Noosa, participate in a surf lesson or look for koalas in Noosa National Park. You’ll also be in the vicinity of Australia Zoo, founded by Steve Irwin, better known as the Crocodile Hunter.
