Take advantage of the strong relationships staff have nurtured with surrounding vineyards by indulging in a variety of superb winery tours. The Barossa Valley is home to over 80 cellar doors and over 50 artisan producers, most of whom aren’t open to the public.

Fill your days visiting boutique winemakers, before a gourmet lunch with paired wines. In the afternoon take a tour of a local distillery or farm tour, tasting some of the finest local produce available. Other exclusive activities offered include cooking classes and breakfast with kangaroos.

No stay is complete without a meal at the highly acclaimed Appellation restaurant. The ever-evolving menu advocates seasonal eating and is tailored nightly to reflect what produce is available from neighbouring farms and orchards.
