Accommodation at this unique property is in 16 spacious, attractive guestrooms, which are simple in decor yet very comfortable, designed to let the tropical outdoors in. Even the shower is open-air, whilst there are large, glass sliding doors at the foot of each canopied bed, opening out onto lush, landscaped gardens.
Facilities at Altiplanico Rapa Nui include a sparkling central swimming pool, a restaurant which offers Peruvian, Chilean and island cuisine as well as an atmospheric cocktail bar. To ensure that visitors aren’t distracted by technology or the drone of air-conditioning, there are no TVs and ventilation is all natural.
